Senior systemförvaltare inom HR och lön – Konsultuppdrag i Sundbyberg Har du gedigen erfarenhet av systemförvaltning inom lön och specialistkunskap inom UBW/Agresso? Vill du bidra till en omfattande digitaliseringsresa inom HR och lön? Då kan det här vara uppdraget för dig! Future People söker nu en erfaren systemförvaltare inom HR och lön till ett spännande konsultuppdrag hos en myndighet i Sundbyberg. Om uppdraget Vår kund befinner sig i en omfattande digitaliserings- och förändringsresa där ett nytt HR- och lönesystem ska implementeras tillsammans med systemstöd för schema, tid och bemanning. Du kommer att ha en central roll i att säkerställa en stabil och effektiv förvaltning av det befintliga lönesystemet, UBW HR/lön (tidigare Agresso), samtidigt som du bidrar till förberedelserna inför systembytet. Du arbetar nära löneenheten, HR-avdelningen och övriga systemförvaltare i organisationen. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Förvalta, konfigurera och vidareutveckla befintligt lönesystem och relaterade system.

Självständigt felsöka och lösa systemrelaterade problem.

Genomföra systemanpassningar vid versionsuppdateringar, årsskiften och förändringar i lagar och kollektivavtal.

Ansvara för verifiering, tester och kvalitetssäkring vid systemuppdateringar.

Säkerställa hög datakvalitet och identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter inför systembytet.

Ge support, stöd och utbildning till användare inom HR och lön.

Utveckla och effektivisera rutiner, processer och arbetssätt.

Vid behov bidra till kravställning, datakonvertering, migrering och tester i samband med införandet av nya HR- och lönesystem.

Kvalifikationer – obligatoriska krav För att vara aktuell för uppdraget behöver du uppfylla samtliga nedanstående krav:

Minst 10 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom systemförvaltning, som applikationskonsult, implementeringskonsult eller systemspecialist/superuser inom HR- och lönesystem.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av UBW HR/lön (tidigare Agresso) som systemförvaltare, applikationsförvaltare eller applikationskonsult med implementationer. Minst ett års erfarenhet ska vara förvärvad under de senaste fem åren.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av verifiering och testning vid versionsuppdateringar eller implementation av ny funktionalitet.

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av arbete med schema- och tidredovisningssystem.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av att tolka kollektivavtal samt kunskap om arbetsrätt kopplad till lön.

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av lönehantering i större organisationer med minst 1 500 anställda.

Samtliga obligatoriska krav behöver kunna styrkas genom ditt CV. Meriterande Det är särskilt meriterande om du har:

Minst ett års erfarenhet av lönehantering i HRM Software.

Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är en trygg och erfaren specialist som trivs med att ta stort eget ansvar. Du är analytisk, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad med förmåga att självständigt identifiera problem och driva arbetet framåt. Du har god kommunikativ förmåga, samarbetar gärna med olika delar av verksamheten och känner dig bekväm med att stötta och utbilda andra användare. Vi ser också att du är noggrann, kvalitetsmedveten och har ett intresse för verksamhetsutveckling och förbättringsarbete. Uppdragsinformation Start: 16 november 2026

Förlängningsmöjlighet: 6 + 6 månader, som längst till 31 maj 2028
