The Team You’ll Join

As a proud part of Future's brand portfolio, Go.Compare's a price comparison site finding customers savvy insurance deals. Within this, our newly established Digital Growth team drives expansion across Paid Search and digital channels. We manage high-impact PPC campaigns and explore emerging technologies to increase market reach. Joining us puts you at the centre of our strategic digital growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the PPC Channel Manager, you'll manage strategic Paid Search campaigns and explore emerging digital channels. You'll execute growth strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360 (SA360), and Paid Social. Daily, you'll use Looker Studio, GA4, Google Sheets, Excel, and custom scripts to optimise account performance.

You'll work closely with the PPC Channel Manager and the Head of Digital Growth. You'll guide team members, upskill colleagues, and help expand our digital marketing capabilities. This hybrid role's based in our Cardiff office, combining remote work with in-person collaboration.

  • Manage and optimise large-scale Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Execute A/B testing and experimentation strategies across accounts to improve performance.
  • Guide and upskill team members to enhance technical capabilities across Paid Search.
  • Interpret complex performance data to deliver clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Use Looker Studio, GA4, and custom scripts to streamline workflows and tracking setups.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across emerging digital channels, including Paid Social and Display.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience managing and optimising large-scale, high-performing Paid Search accounts.
  • Technical proficiency in SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and GA4.
  • Ability to develop scripts, audit tracking setups, and manage data in Looker Studio and Excel.
  • Experience or familiarity with wider digital channels like Paid Social, Display, or Affiliates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Data-interpretation skills with the ability to turn performance metrics into clear actions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience managing Paid Search accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Proficiency using SA360, GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule from our Cardiff office.

What We Offer:

The expected range for this role is £35,000 - £45,000
