Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of family law experience required.
  • Divorce litigation experience.
  • Experience in trial involving family law litigation covering all aspects including witness preparation and all phases of discovery.
  • Education from a top-tier litigation law school.
  • Professional, personable, highly organized, efficient, proactive, trustworthy, and resourceful

Job Description

  • Speak with potential clients and sign up new clients.
  • Handle the client's case from beginning to end while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Work with a team of legal professionals to assist you.
  • Handle your own docket while also bringing in new clients.
