Senior Associate Attorney - Full-time

Location: New York, NY

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years experience in plaintiffs' personal injury litigation.
  • Experience in the litigation of Labor Law (Construction injury) cases is definite.
  • Must have proven experience in New York construction law accident cases as well as premises cases.
  • Admitted to practice in New York.

Job Description

  • Handling the litigation of a caseload from inception to trial.
  • Making court, deposition, and motion appearances in NY.
  • Mentoring Junior Associates.
