Für ein familiäres, etabliertes Architekturbüro (ca. 20-50 Mitarbeitende) in der Region Winterthur suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine:n Bauleiter:in Hochbau mit Potenzial zur Stellvertretung der Leitung Ausführung (80-100 %). Das Büro realisiert Neu- und Umbauten im Wohnungs- sowie Büro- und Gewerbebau.

Ihre Aufgaben - Organisation, Koordination und Kontrolle der Bauprozesse und Termine auf der Baustelle bis zur Bauübergabe und Inbetriebnahme - Sicherstellen und Durchsetzen der Arbeitssicherheit - Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität, Qualitätssicherung zwischen Plänen und Werkverträgen - Erstellen von Submissions- und Werkvertragsunterlagen auf Basis der Planunterlagen - Koordination von Planern und Unternehmern, je nach Bedarf Unterstützung oder Übernahme von Projektleitungen - Rapportierung an die projektverantwortliche Geschäftsleitung

Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Bauleiter:in oder Hochbautechniker:in HF mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung - Gutes Planverständnis, Kostenbewusstsein und Termintreue - Fundierte Kenntnisse der aktuellen Schweizer Baunormen und Richtlinien - Speditive, pragmatische und belastbare Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen - Gute IT-Kenntnisse für ein digitalisiertes Umfeld - Zuverlässig, strukturiert, teamorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst
