Für das Amt für Städtebau einer grossen Stadt in der Region Zürich suchen wir infolge Pensionierung per 1. Mai 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Bereichsleiterin / einen Bereichsleiter Archäologie und Denkmalpflege (80-100 %, Dauerstelle).

Ihre Aufgaben - Als Geschäftsleitungsmitglied an Zielen und Strategien des Amts mitarbeiten und die Organisation weiterentwickeln - Gesamtverantwortung für die fachliche, personelle und finanzielle Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Archäologie und Denkmalpflege mit mehreren Fachbereichen - Innovationsbedarf erkennen, Schnittstellen optimieren, Konzepte entwickeln und Veränderungsprozesse führen - Kaderteam führen, fördern und entwickeln; Zielerreichung, Themenentwicklung und Ressourcenplanung steuern - Themen des Bereichs mit anderen Bereichen und Dienstabteilungen vernetzen - Repräsentations- und Öffentlichkeitsaufgaben; Kontakt zu Fachwelt, Hochschulen und Kanton - Amt in Steuerungsausschüssen von Projekten mit wichtigen denkmalpflegerischen Fragestellungen vertreten

Ihr Profil - Hochschulabschluss in Architektur, Denkmalpflege, Archäologie oder Kunstgeschichte, vorzugsweise mit Nachdiplomstudien in einer dieser Disziplinen - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie ausgewiesene Kenntnisse und sichere Urteilsfähigkeit in Denkmalpflege und Archäologie - Mehrjährige Führungs- und Managementerfahrung, idealerweise mit Zusatzausbildung - Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bau- und Planungsrecht - Fundierte Strategieentwicklungs- und Projektleitungserfahrung in öffentlicher Verwaltung oder Architekturbüros - Hohe Motivation, sich im Spannungsfeld von Politik und Verwaltung für das baukulturelle Erbe einzusetzen - Strategisches, interdisziplinäres, vernetztes Denken und Handeln - Hohe Auftrittskompetenz, Vermittlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick - Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung, Eigenverantwortung, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
