Für ein Studio für Store Design und Interior Design in der Region Luzern, tätig im internationalen Retail und Residential und Partner einer etablierten Innenausbau-Gruppe, suchen wir eine:n Head of Design \& Build (80-100 %). Gesucht ist eine unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit Aufbau-Mentalität, hoher Energie und Begeisterung für Wachstum.

Ihre Aufgaben - Weiterentwickeln der Strategie, Erkennen von Marktchancen und Umsetzen in ein tragfähiges Geschäftsmodell - Gesamtführung der Projekte vom ersten Kundengespräch über Design, Kalkulation und Vergabe bis zur Ausführung und Übergabe - Realisieren internationaler Projekte im Premium- und Luxusbereich mit dem eigenen Team - Aufbau eines starken Netzwerks aus Planern, Handwerkern, Lieferanten und Ausführungspartnern, enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Design- und Planungsteam - Verantwortung für Budgets, Margen, Termine und Risiken sowie für Materialien und Details - Entwickeln klarer Abläufe, Aufbau von Kompetenzen und mit wachsender Organisation auch personelle Führung

Ihr Profil - Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle - Mehr als 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Schwerpunkt Premium Retail oder Innenarchitektur - Aus- und Weiterbildung im gestalterischen, technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich - Unternehmerisches Mindset, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Menschen zu begeistern - Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
