Für ein traditionsreiches Generalplanungs- und Architekturbüro im Raum Bern suchen wir eine:n Projektleiter:in / Architekt:in / Techniker:in HF (80-100 %, Festanstellung). Das Büro realisiert vielfältige Projekte, darunter Spital- und Laborbauten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung kleiner und mittelgrosser Projekte
  • Projektierung sowie Ausführungs- und Detailplanung
  • Führung des Teams aus internen und externen Fachplaner:innen
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Termine
  • Ansprechperson für Auftraggebende und Behörden

Ihr Profil

  • Architekt:in FH/ETH oder dipl. Techniker:in HF Bauplanung Architektur
  • Grundausbildung als Zeichner:in EFZ von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Ausführung von Projekten in der Schweiz (über 10 Mio. CHF)
  • Sicher in Normen und Verträgen sowie in der Detail- und Ausführungsplanung
  • Pragmatische, unternehmerische Arbeitsweise und Führungserfahrung
  • ArchiCAD (2D, 3D, BIM) von Vorteil, gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
