Ein kreatives Studio für Innenarchitektur und Raumgestaltung mit Schwerpunkt Gastronomie, Hotellerie und Retail sucht eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die Projekte gestalterisch prägt und sie von der ersten Skizze bis zur Übergabe sicher führt.

Ihre Aufgaben - Sie leiten Innenarchitektur-Projekte in Hospitality, Gastronomie und Retail von der Idee bis zur Fertigstellung - Sie verantworten Planung, Ausschreibung und Ausführung und begleiten Bewilligungsverfahren - Sie stimmen sich mit Bauherrschaften, Behörden, Fachplanern und Unternehmern ab - Sie entwickeln Konzepte mit klarer gestalterischer Handschrift und setzen sie in präzise Pläne um - Sie bringen Ihr Netzwerk aus der Branche aktiv in die Projekte ein

Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Innenarchitektur oder Architektur - 5 bis 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon nachweislich Projekte in Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder Retail - Sicher in allen Planungs- und Realisierungsphasen sowie im Umgang mit Behörden und Bewilligungen - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Vectorworks, gute Kenntnisse in 3D-Modellierung, Rendering und Adobe CS - Gestalterischer Anspruch, Eigeninitiative und ein tragfähiges Netzwerk in der Branche
