Für ein junges Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt Architektur, Projektentwicklung und Immobilienvermarktung in der Region Olten suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Zeichner:in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur (80-100 %). Sie arbeiten an Neubauprojekten im Wohnungsbau, vom Einfamilienhaus bis zur grösseren Wohnüberbauung.

Ihre Aufgaben - Selbstständige Erstellung von Projekt-, Baugesuchs- und Ausführungsplänen - Grundrisse, Schnitte, Fassaden sowie Pflege digitaler Gebäudemodelle - Konstruktive Detailplanung (Fenster-, Fassaden-, Dach- und Bodenanschlüsse, Treppen, Geländer, Balkone) - Berücksichtigung bauphysikalischer, energetischer und brandschutztechnischer Anforderungen - Koordination und Integration der Fachplanerunterlagen (Bauingenieur, HLKS, Elektro) - Koordination von Aussparungen und Durchbrüchen, Einarbeitung von Projektänderungen - Planorganisation, Planlisten und Qualitätssicherung - Unterstützung der Projektleitung

Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zeichner:in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur - Idealerweise mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Ausführungs- und Detailplanung von Neubauten - Fundierte Kenntnisse der Schweizer Bauweise und des konstruktiven Hochbaus - Sicherer Umgang mit CAD, vorzugsweise Archicad - Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Auge fürs Detail - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
