Today, Fynd builds intelligent software that runs business operations. We sit inside our customers’ businesses, harvest deep domain context, and build AI systems that operate autonomously. We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.

What will you do at Fynd?

  • Vendor Management:Identify and evaluate potential vendors for IT products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Negotiation:Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with IT vendors to secure advantageous agreements. Optimise costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Procurement Process:Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for IT goods and services. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and align procurement strategies.
  • Compliance:Ensure all IT procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Stay updated on market trends and changes in IT procurement laws and practices.
  • Reviews:Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance and cost analysis. Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports as requested from time to time.

Some Specific Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field or CPSCM certified. MCA qualification would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail & Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
