Vi leder efter dig, der har lyst til at blive Yves Le Lay's højre hånd og en vigtig del af Restaurant Madeleines videre rejse.

Restaurant Madeleine åbnede i november 2025 og er allerede blevet anbefalet i MICHELIN Guiden samt har modtaget stærke anmeldelser i de nationale dagblade. Vi har fået en rigtig god start – men vi er langt fra færdige, og nu leder vi efter den rette person til at være med til at tage næste skridt.

Vi er et lille team med høje ambitioner, hvor køkken og restaurant arbejder tæt sammen. Vi bruger vores energi på at skabe stærke oplevelser fire aftener om ugen, fra onsdag til lørdag.

Vi søger den bedste person til jobbet: en restaurantchef, der både kan skabe en god og nærværende service, tage ansvar, sætte retning og være med til at løfte Madeleine videre.

Dine ansvarsområder

Som restaurantchef bliver du en central del af den daglige Front of House-drift. Du får blandt andet ansvar for:

  • At lede og afvikle servicen med overblik, nærvær og energi
  • At udvikle og oplære teamet
  • At arbejde med vin- og alkoholfri pairing
  • At deltage i menu- og vinsmagninger
  • At bidrage til den løbende udvikling af restaurantens niveau
  • At stå for vinbestilling og lager
  • At vedligeholde og udvikle vinkortet
  • At administrere POS-systemet
  • At varetage gæstekontakten og skabe personlige oplevelser
  • At håndtere de praktiske opgaver, der får restauranten til at fungere – også når dørene er lukkede

Vi forventer, at du

  • Er fagligt stærk, nysgerrig og ambitiøs
  • Har en oprigtig interesse for mad, vin og værtskab
  • Har sans for detaljer, timing og den gode stemning
  • Kan læse gæsterne og møde dem personligt
  • Tager ejerskab og ansvar for dine opgaver
  • Ser muligheder frem for begrænsninger
  • Tager fat, når noget ikke fungerer
  • Har lyst til at sætte retning og være med til at forme Madeleines fremtid
