Er du en serviceminded og engageret kliniksekretær, der trives med kundekontakt og administrative opgaver i en velfungerende klinik med et stærkt fællesskab?

Om klinikken

Fysiocenter Haarby er en privat klinik med ydernummer, beliggende ca. 25 minutters kørsel fra Odense, og består af seks fysioterapeuter og sekretær.

Vi arbejder ud fra et fælles værdisæt om at yde den bedst mulige behandling til den enkelte klient og guide dem professionelt fagligt gennem hele behandlingsforløbet. Vi vægter et godt arbejdsmiljø, faglig sparring og en positiv stemning – både for klienter og kollegaer.

Om Stillingen

· Fast stilling på 30 timer ugentligt.

· Tiltrædelse: 1. januar 2027.

Din rolle er vigtig, da du ofte vil være den første kontakt, vores klienter møder – både telefonisk og når de har aftaler på klinikken. Du skal derfor være med til at give vores klienter en god, professionel og imødekommende oplevelse fra første kontakt.

Som vores nye sundhedssekretær, får du en central rolle i klinikken. Det er dig, der skal være med til at få hverdagen til at hænge sammen og få enderne til at mødes i alle fysioterapeuternes kalendere.

Vores forventning til dig, at du:

- Er smilende, imødekommende og serviceminded

- Er struktureret og har sans for orden

- Har et godt overblik- også i travle perioder

- Er god til at kommunikerer med mange forskellige mennesker

- Kan arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig en god kollega til fysioterapeuterne

- Med til at skabe et godt sammenhold, med uformel tone og plads til smil og grin

- Er fleksibel og har lyst til at tage fat, hvor der er behov

- Har gode digitale kompetencer

Arbejdsopgaver:

Arbejdet består primært af administrative opgaver, bl.a:

- Booking af klienter i vores bookingsystem

- Telefonbetjening og modtagelse af klienter i receptionen

- Besvarelse af mails

- Kontakt og koordinering med sundheds-og forsikringsselskaber

- Håndtering af diverse administrative opgaver

- Forefaldende opgaver i klinikken
