The posting

About the role:

We are looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Product Designer with strong product thinking who takes ownership of the customer experience, not just individual features.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering to understand customer needs, proactively identify problems and opportunities, and shape solutions that deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.

We expect you to look beyond the immediate roadmap, challenge assumptions, and continuously advocate for improvements that make the overall product experience more intuitive, effective, and cohesive.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Understand customers and identify opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their goals, behaviors, and challenges. Proactively identify and frame problems and opportunities through customer research, product analytics, and continuous exploration of existing experiences.
  • Shape product direction. Act as an active partner to Product and Engineering in shaping product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps. Bring customer insights, challenge assumptions, and help the team focus on problems worth solving.
  • Own end-to-end experiences. Design intuitive, effective, and cohesive customer journeys within your product area. Think beyond individual features to ensure solutions work together as part of a consistent overall product experience.
  • Drive solutions from discovery to impact. Explore and validate different approaches, make informed design decisions, and collaborate with Engineering through delivery. Define success criteria and use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate outcomes and continuously improve the experience.
  • Champion experience improvements. Take responsibility for the quality of existing customer journeys, not only new initiatives. Identify usability gaps, friction, and inconsistencies, and advocate for improvements even when they are not yet part of the roadmap.
  • Raise the bar for design quality. Deliver high-quality design craft, contribute to our design systems, and actively explore new approaches, tools, and technologies, including AI. Share knowledge, give constructive feedback, and contribute to the Design team's continuous learning, growth, and higher standards of design practice.

Your qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problems, design decisions, and measurable impact.
  • Strong product thinking and business understanding, with the ability to proactively identify customer problems and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to own and design intuitive, cohesive end-to-end experiences across complex product journeys.
  • Strong user research and analytical skills, using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence product decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and problem-solving.

What we offer:

  • A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done
  • An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Riga
  • Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM)
  • Private health insurance
  • 2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being
  • 1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice
  • Internal and external learning opportunities
  • Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons, both on-site and online
  • Free and healthy lunch if you work from the Rīga office
  • Design and order your own merch using our platforms with an employee discount
  • Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
