Wir bieten nach Vereinbarung eine Stelle als

Sachbearbeiter/in Administration (70\-100%)

Seit über 60 Jahren sind wir im Immobilienbereich tätig. Wir besitzen im gesamten Kanton Uri mehrere Liegenschaften, die wir selbst bewirtschaften. Die ausgeschriebene Stelle ist hauptsächlich zur Unterstützung der Immobilienverwaltung, u.a. mit Erfassung/Bearbeitung Debitoren/Kreditoren, Mithilfe bei den \- und Nebenkosten sowie weiteren abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben. Jedoch sind Sie auch für die Lohnbuchhaltung der gesamten Firma verantwortlich mit monatlichen Auszahlungen der Löhne und Sozialleistungsabrechnungen, die Sie zusammen mit der Buchhalterin erledigen.

Ihr möglicher Aufgabenbereich

  • Monatliche Lohnbuchhaltung inkl. Abrechnung von Sozialleistungen
  • Kreditoren/Debitoren
  • Mithilfe/Erstellung der \- und Nebenkostenabrechnung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter des Hauswartdienstes bei administrativen Angelegenheiten
  • Viele weitere spannende Arbeiten in der Liegenschaftsverwaltung

Ihr Profil

  • Deutsch ist Ihre Muttersprache
  • Ihr Wohnsitz ist entweder im Kanton Uri, Schwyz, Nid\- oder Obwalden (allenfalls Region Stadt Luzern)
  • Sie bringen nach einer erfolgreich absolvierten Lehre mindestens 1\-2 Jahre an Berufserfahrungen mit
  • Der Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung ist Ihnen nicht fremd
  • Sie kennen sich mit Abrechnungen von Sozialleistungen aus
  • Als solides berufliches Fundament absolvierten Sie idealerweise eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Ehrlichkeit und Belastbarkeit sind für Sie keine Fremdwörter
  • In einem Team zu arbeiten, bereitet Ihnen Freude
  • Sie sind auch bereit gewöhnliche Sekretariatsarbeiten zu verrichten

Weil die Position fundierte Fachkenntnisse erfordert, richten wir uns gezielt an Fachkräfte mit einer kaufmännischen Grundausbildung, die bereits mindestens 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung aufweisen. Suchen Sie nach dem Lehrabschluss eine neue Herausforderung oder bringen Sie als Quereinsteiger ein komplett anderes Profil mit? Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir für diese spezifische eine solide kaufmännische Basis mit Praxiserfahrungen voraussetzen müssen.
