Verksamhetsbeskrivning Ekonomiavdelningen består av ekonomistyrning/redovisning, ekonomiadministratörer och inköp. Inom ekonomistyrningen hanteras övergripande budget-, bokslut- och uppföljningsprocesser. Ekonomistyrningsenheten bistår förvaltningarna, nämnder och styrelser med ett kvalificerat controllerstöd inom ekonomi- och strategiska frågor. Din organisatoriska tillhörighet finns under Stöd- och Utvecklingsförvaltningen (SoU), det är kommunens centrala kompetens för utveckling, administration, ekonomi, personal, IT och information. Din tjänst är placerad på ekonomiavdelningen/ekonomiadministration och du är underställd enhetschefen för ekonomiadministration. Arbetsuppgifter Som ekonomiadministratör arbetar Du i ett arbetslag med kollegor. Vi arbetar med fakturering, kravhantering samt leverantörsfakturor. I ditt uppdrag innebär det att ingå i arbetslaget och utföra en del av det administrativa arbetet inom avdelningen.Ekonomikontoret har bytt ekonomisystem från 1 november 2025 till Unit4 ERP. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har ekonomi- och datautbildning på gymnasienivå eller annan utbildningsnivå och erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer relevant. Erfarenhet av arbete inom offentlig förvaltning är meriterande men inget krav. I ditt arbete kommer du att ha många personliga kontakter och det är därför viktigt att du gillar att arbeta med människor, ha en pedagogisk ådra, vara lösningsfokuserad och ha utpräglad servicekänsla, det är även positivt om du är intresserad av samhällsfrågor. Vi förutsätter att du behärskar Officepaket, och då främst Excel, och att du har lätt för att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Inom ramen för den nationella minoritetsspråkslagen är Gällivare kommun förvaltningskommun för samiska, meänkieli och finska. Kunskaper i något av dessa språk är meriterande vid ansökan om anställning i Gällivare kommun.
