Verksamhetsbeskrivning Tallbackaskolan är en F-6 skola med ca 325 elever samt en fritidshemsavdelning och två förberedelseklasser, belägen i ett villaområde mellan Gällivare och Malmberget. På Tallbackaskolan arbetar vi med delar av Gällivaremodellen som innebär att det i varje klass i årskurs 1–2 arbetar en undervisningsansvarig lärare samt en klassmentor. I årskurserna 3–6 arbetar en undervisningsansvarig lärare med stöd av en klassmentor som kan vara knuten till en eller flera klasser. Den centrala elevhälsan finns utlokaliserad på skolan och eleverna har tillgång till skolkurator, skolsköterska, 2 specialpedagoger, skolpsykolog och rektorerna. Fritidshemmet är ett komplement till skolan där man utvecklar elevernas förmågor genom olika uttrycksformer och utgår från elevernas intressen.

Arbetsuppgifter Du kommer att bistå en elev eller en grupp elever som kan ha olika behov, fysiska eller sociala behov. Du är tillsammans med pedagogen i klassrummet och där hjälper du till så att alla elever når målen. Du kommer även att vara på fritidshemmet, vid öppning eller efter skolans slut

Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har en gymnasialutbildning eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Som person ska du ha ett närvarande och lyhört förhållningssätt gentemot elevers olika behov, är en tydlig ledare samt har god samarbetsförmåga. Utbildning eller erfarenhet från lågaffektivt bemötande är meriterande. Du är självständig, ansvarstagande och har lätt för att ta egna initiativ. Vi utvecklar vårt arbete genom pedagogiska samtal och kollegialt lärande och ser det som en styrka att kunna hjälpa varandra för att våga vara nyfikna inför nya sätt att arbeta. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Vid anställning krävs utdrag från misstanke- och belastningsregistret.

Inom ramen för den nationella minoritetsspråkslagen är Gällivare kommun förvaltningskommun för samiska, meänkieli och finska. Kunskaper i något av dessa språk är meriterande vid ansökan om anställning i Gällivare kommun.

Arbetstid/Varaktighet 100% tillsvidareanställning. Provanställning kan komma att tillämpas.
