Vi söker en erfaren projektledare till vår entreprenadavdelning.

Hos oss får du arbeta i en familjär organisation där vi trivs tillsammans och har roligt på jobbet.

Vi har många spännande projekt på gång och söker därför en erfaren projektledare som vill följa med oss på vår fortsatta resa. Förutom grundläggande krav som körkort, kunskap och erfarenhet värdesätter vi driv, laganda, initiativförmåga och en positiv inställning. Vi har låg personalomsättning, högt i tak och en kultur där vi hjälps åt.

Som projektledare ansvarar du för att leda projekt från start till mål, med projektstorlekar på cirka 5–50 miljoner kronor. Många av våra projekt är försäkringsärenden, till exempel större brand- och vattenskador, men vi utför även kontorsanpassningar, stambyten och övriga ROT-projekt. Vi hanterar projekten från tidiga skeden med rivningslov, bygglov, utredningar och projektering, vidare genom produktion och fram till färdigt slutresultat enligt avtal.

Vi arbetar uteslutande med återkommande beställare som väljer att samarbeta med oss tack vare vår noggrannhet, tillgänglighet och förmåga att leverera.

Du har flerårig erfarenhet av att leda byggprojekt i entreprenadsammanhang. Du är kommunikativ, ansvarstagande och affärsmässig samt har god förmåga att vårda, stärka och skapa långsiktiga kundrelationer.

Tjänsten kräver:

·Flerårig erfarenhet av projektledning

·Goda kunskaper i entreprenadjuridik, AB 04 och ABT 06

·Utbildning inom BAS-P och BAS-U

·B-körkort

·Flytande svenska i både tal och skrift

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning, men provanställning kan komma att tillämpas.
