Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des ICT\-Teams im First\- und Second\-Level\-Support via Telefon, Ticketing\-System und direkt vor Ort
  • Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden bei Hard\- und Softwareproblemen sowie Unterstützung bei Anwendungsfragen und Schulungen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard\- und Software an Arbeitsplätzen in der ganzen Schweiz
  • Verwaltung und Begleitung des ICT\-Lifecycle\-Managements
  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen und serviceorientierten ICT\-Unterstützung im Arbeitsalltag

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Aus\- oder Weiterbildung im ICT\-Bereich, vorzugsweise als Informatiker\*in EFZ oder ICT\-Fachperson EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung im ICT\-Support oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft\-365\-Umgebungen, idealerweise mit Entra ID, SharePoint, Microsoft Defender, Intune und Teams
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude am Kontakt mit Anwenderinnen und Anwendern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2\)
