Apoiar o Especialista em Inteligência de Fretes nas rotinas de pesquisa e cadastro de cargas de retorno, monitoramento de plataformas, cruzamento de disponibilidade de caminhões e rotas, cotações e acompanhamento de viagens vazias, mantendo bases e indicadores de receita e margem por placa atualizados, em interface com a Torre de Controle e Operações.Apoiar, no escritório, todo o processo de cadastro de novos clientes, reunindo e conferindo documentos e informações, registrando solicitações e acompanhando pendências com as áreas responsáveis, para que os cadastros sejam concluídos dentro do SLA estabelecido. Sinalizar impedimentos e riscos de atraso ao responsável.

Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Monitorar plataformas digitais e bolsas de frete, pesquisando e cadastrando cargas de retorno com origem, destino, tarifa, contato e janelas de coleta e entrega.2. Cruzar oportunidades com localização, disponibilidade por placa, carroceria, capacidade e rotas informadas pela Torre de Controle e Operações, encaminhando opções ao Especialista.3. Coletar cotações e organizar comparativos de frete e custos em modelos aprovados, apoiando a análise de viabilidade e margem, com validação do Especialista.4. Apoiar contatos e negociações, registrando propostas e condições. Submeter preços, exceções e fechamento ao responsável, sem autonomia para negociação complexa, estratégia comercial ou parcerias estratégicas.5. Cadastrar oportunidades e condições aprovadas nas bases e sistemas, conferir informações e encaminhar dados à Torre de Controle e Operações para programação e validações operacionais.6. Acompanhar viagens e deslocamentos vazios, atualizar status e comunicar divergências, atrasos e oportunidades de retorno ao Especialista e às equipes operacionais.7. Manter bases de cargas, cotações, veículos, receitas e custos por placa, conferindo completude e consistência dos registros e apoiando relatórios periódicos.8. Atualizar indicadores sob revisão: oportunidades cadastradas e cotações no prazo (%); registros completos (%); km vazios/km totais (%); retornos carregados/retornos elegíveis (%); receita e margem de contribuição por placa (R$ e %), com custos validados. Resultados da frota são compartilhados com a equipe; metas definidas pela gestão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior cursando ou completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Técnicas: Excel intermediário (filtros, fórmulas de busca e tabelas dinâmicas); organização e conferência de bases; noções de frete de retorno, rotas, veículos, custos, receita e margem.
