Atuar como referência técnica em inteligência de fretes, identificando e negociando cargas de retorno para a frota própria em plataformas digitais, bolsas de frete e parceiros. Integrar oportunidades à disponibilidade dos veículos e à Torre de Controle para reduzir quilômetros vazios e elevar receita e margem por placa. Posição de especialista que substitui a vaga aberta de Analista de Projetos Sênior.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Prospectar cargas de retorno em plataformas digitais e bolsas de frete, mapeando ofertas, rotas e sazonalidade para ocupar a frota própria e reduzir quilômetros vazios.2. Consolidar com a Torre de Controle a disponibilidade por placa, localização, tipo de veículo, capacidade e janelas de operação, conciliando retornos com os compromissos da frota.3. Avaliar a viabilidade econômica de cada carga, considerando receita, combustível, pedágios, deslocamento vazio, espera e demais custos, para recomendar fretes com margem adequada.4. Negociar fretes, prazos, condições de pagamento e coleta/entrega dentro das alçadas, registrando acordos e submetendo exceções à gestão para assegurar rentabilidade e execução.5. Desenvolver parcerias com embarcadores e transportadoras, qualificando oportunidades e condições comerciais para ampliar a oferta recorrente de cargas nas rotas de retorno.6. Integrar cargas negociadas ao TMS e à Torre de Controle, validando requisitos operacionais, documentação e segurança com as áreas responsáveis e acompanhando execução e desvios.7. Analisar resultados por placa, rota, parceiro e plataforma, propondo ajustes de preços, corredores e disponibilidade. Atuar como referência técnica, sem gestão formal de pessoas.8. Acompanhar indicadores mensais: km vazios/total de km (%); retornos carregados/retornos elegíveis (%); receita e margem de contribuição por placa (R$ e %), conforme custos validados com Finanças; tempo entre disponibilidade e alocação; parcerias ativas com cargas realizadas. Pactuar metas com a gestão e a Torre de Controle.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas. Desejável pós-graduação em Logística, Supply Chain, Gestão Comercial ou Inteligência de Negócios.Técnicas: plataformas digitais e bolsas de frete; prospecção e negociação de cargas; custos, precificação e margem por placa; rotas, tipos de veículo e disponibilidade da frota; TMS/ERP e rastreamento; Excel avançado e Power BI; indicadores de transporte e avaliação econômica.
