Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

  • Prestar suporte administrativo às rotinas dos setores Financeiro, Logística, Departamento Pessoal, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento das operações.
  • Apoiar as atividades financeiras, realizando lançamentos, conferências de informações, organização de documentos e atualização de controles e planilhas.
  • Auxiliar nos processos de contas a pagar e a receber, conforme os procedimentos internos e as orientações da equipe responsável.
  • Apoiar as rotinas de logística, auxiliando no controle de materiais, acompanhamento de solicitações, organização de informações e suporte às demandas operacionais.
  • Organizar, digitalizar, arquivar e manter atualizados documentos administrativos, financeiros e de pessoal.
  • Auxiliar nas rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, apoiando a conferência de documentos, atualização de cadastros e organização de informações dos colaboradores.
  • Realizar lançamentos e atualizações em sistemas internos, planilhas e ferramentas de controle.
  • Acompanhar solicitações internas, prazos e pendências, contribuindo para a organização e agilidade dos processos.
  • Prestar atendimento e suporte aos colaboradores, fornecedores e demais públicos internos, direcionando as demandas aos responsáveis quando necessário.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua das rotinas administrativas, mantendo a organização, a qualidade das informações e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.
  • Executar outras atividades administrativas compatíveis com a função, conforme as necessidades da empresa.

Para esta posição, esperamos que você tenha:

  • Ensino superior em andamento: Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento intermedíario em informática, especialmente no Pacote Office, Google Workspace e Teams.
  • Facilidade para utilizar sistemas, planilhas e ferramentas digitais.
  • Proatividade e disposição para aprender e desenvolver novas habilidades.
  • Comprometimento com prazos, procedimentos e qualidade na execução das atividades.
  • Capacidade de lidar com diferentes demandas e colaborar com profissionais de diversas áreas.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas, financeiras ou de apoio operacional.
  • Conhecimento em contas a pagar e a receber, controles financeiros ou processos logísticos.
  • Vivência com rotinas de Departamento Pessoal.
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão empresarial (ERP) Conta Azul, Sólides e elaboração de planilhas.
