Atua na conferência de notas fiscais, verificando quantidades, especificações e condições dos itens recebidos. Este profissional desempenha um papel fundamental na organização e controle do estoque da empresa, contribuindo para a eficiência e qualidade dos processos logísticos.

  • Receber e conferir os materiais e produtos entregues pelos fornecedores, comparando com as informações contidas nas notas fiscais
  • Verificar a quantidade, especificações e condições dos itens recebidos, identificando possíveis divergências
  • Registrar as entradas de mercadorias no sistema informatizado da empresa, garantindo a atualização do estoque
  • Separar e armazenar os materiais recebidos de forma organizada e segura, seguindo as normas de armazenamento
  • Realizar a conferência periódica do estoque físico, confrontando com as informações registradas no sistema
  • Comunicar eventuais problemas identificados durante a conferência de recebimento aos setores responsáveis
  • Zelar pela limpeza e organização do local de trabalho, mantendo um ambiente seguro e produtivo
