Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες και Καθήκοντα:

  • Διοίκηση & Καθοδήγηση προσωπικού: Επίβλεψη και συντονισμός της ομάδας των Ελεγκτών Ασφαλείας Αερομεταφορών (Screeners) κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας.
  • Επιχειρησιακή Λειτουργία: Εξασφάλιση της ορθής εφαρμογής όλων των επιχειρησιακών δραστηριοτήτων, ελέγχων και διαδικασιών στο Σημείο Ελέγχου (Σ/Ε), διασφαλίζοντας την εύρυθμη και ασφαλή ροή επιβατών και αποσκευών.
  • Συμμόρφωση & Κανονισμοί: Απόλυτη γνώση και πιστή τήρηση του Προγράμματος Ασφαλείας του Δ.Α.Α., του Εθνικού Κανονισμού Ασφαλείας Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας, καθώς και του Εσωτερικού Κανονισμού της εταιρείας.
  • Επικοινωνία & Εκπροσώπηση: Καθημερινή επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη (Δ.Α.Α., αεροπορικές εταιρείες) και διαχείριση τυχόν περιστατικών ή παραπόνων στα πλαίσια των καθηκόντων του/της.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα (θα εκτιμηθούν ιδιαιτέρως):

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ/ Κολλεγίου
  • Προηγούμενη προϋπηρεσία σε ανάλογη θέση ευθύνης ή προϊσταμένου (Supervisor).
  • Κάτοχος ιδιόκτητου μεταφορικού μέσου (Ι.Χ.).
  • Πιστοποιήσεις / Άδειες: Κάτοχος ενεργής Άδειας Υπηρεσιών Ασφαλείας (Security). Κατοχή Πιστοποίησης ΑΠΑ (Αρχή Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας) ως Επόπτης Σημείων Ελέγχου.
  • Γλωσσικές Δεξιότητες: Πολύ Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
  • Ψηφιακές Δεξιότητες: Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ.
  • Λοιπά Χαρακτηριστικά: Ηγετικές, οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες. Άδεια οδήγησης Ι.Χ. Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενο ωράριο βαρδιών (πρωινά, απογευματινά, βραδινά) σε 4ήμερη ή 5ήμερη βάση (40 ώρες/εβδομάδα).
