Η G4S Security Systems and Monitoring Services, μέλος του παγκόσμιου ομίλου Allied Universal, αναζητά ένα νέο μέλος για την ομάδα του 24ωρου Επιχειρησιακού Κέντρου Ασφαλείας στη Μεταμόρφωση, Αττικής.

Ο ρόλος σου:

  • Θα παρακολουθείς και θα διαχειρίζεσαι τα σήματα που λαμβάνονται από τα συστήματα ασφαλείας των πελατών μας
  • Θα ενημερώνεις τους πελάτες και τους συνεργάτες για τα συμβάντα
  • Θα διασφαλίζεις την ικανοποίηση των πελατών, ακολουθώντας τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.

Τι χρειαζόμαστε από εσένα:

  • Να είσαι οργανωτικός, υπεύθυνος και συνεπής
  • Να έχεις καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και να σου αρέσει να εξυπηρετείς τους πελάτες
  • Να γνωρίζεις να χειρίζεσαι ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε Κέντρο Λήψης Σημάτων, 24ωρο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών (θα εκτιμηθεί)
  • Να έχεις άδεια εργασίας προσωπικού ασφαλείας (Security) ή διάθεση να την εκδώσεις (παρέχεται πλήρης καθοδήγηση για τη διαδικασία)
