Responsabilidades e Desafios:

  • Prestar suporte operacional diário aos officers, garantindo agilidade e precisão no atendimento às demandas dos clientes;
  • Executar e boletar operações, acompanhando todo o ciclo até a liquidação;
  • Controlar operações e posições das carteiras, identificando e tratando divergências;
  • Atuar como ponto de interface entre a área comercial e as áreas de Middle Office, Gestão, Cadastro e Jurídico;
  • Mapear gargalos e propor melhorias em processos e controles internos.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Formação superior completa (administração, economia, engenharia, ciências contabeis);
  • Experiência prévia como assistente comercial, daily banker ou middle office em banco, private bank, family office, gestora ou corretora. Experiência como officer ou banker não atende a este requisito.
  • Conhecimento de produtos de investimento e da rotina operacional do mercado financeiro;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e atento a detalhes;
  • Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas simultâneas, com senso de prioridade;
  • Boa comunicação para interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa;
  • Excel intermediário;
  • Inglês nível conversação.
