Als PIM (Product Information Management) Consultant bij BRAVX ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren en beheren van PIM-projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen en te vertalen naar effectieve PIM-oplossingen. Je biedt zowel telefonisch als ter plaatse ondersteuning aan klanten, zorgt voor de configuratie van PIM-systemen en ontwikkelt creatieve oplossingen om klantuitdagingen te adresseren. Je neemt initiatief in het verbeteren van processen en draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling door het organiseren van webinars en het schrijven van blogs.

Wat doe je?

  • Je voert zelfstandig PIM-projecten uit, van initiatie tot oplevering, inclusief planning, organisatie en budgetbeheer.
  • Ondersteunt klanten op hoog niveau, zowel telefonisch als op locatie, bij het oplossen van technische problemen en het geven van advies.
  • Verzorgt de configuratie en aanpassing van PIM-systemen, zoals Perfion, zodat ze voldoen aan de behoeften van de klant.
  • Bedenkt en implementeert innovatieve oplossingen om aan de specifieke behoeften van klanten te voldoen.
  • Houdt regelmatig contact met klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen en te vervullen, en streeft naar een hoge klanttevredenheid.
  • Organiseert ten minste vier webinars per jaar en schrijft zes informatieve blogs om kennis en expertise te delen.
  • Neemt initiatief in het verbeteren van interne processen en het ontwikkelen van klantoplossingen.

We zoeken jou als...

  • Een ervaren professional met 3-5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement en klantensupport, idealiter binnen IT of PIM-systemen.
  • In het bezit van een Bachelor of Master in IT, Bedrijfskunde, of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Communicatief sterk, met uitstekende vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Goed bekend met PIM-systemen zoals Perfion, en je hebt ervaring in softwareconfiguratie en datamanagement.
  • Bedreven in het beheren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Vertrouwd met projectmanagementmethodologieën zoals Agile, Scrum, of PRINCE2.
  • Proactief en zelfstandig, met een talent voor het bedenken van creatieve oplossingen voor klantuitdagingen.
  • Een teamspeler die effectief kan samenwerken met verschillende teams en stakeholders
