Je begeleidt de klant tijdens het volledige proces van implementatie of optimalisatie van zijn ERP-pakket, binnenverschillende domeinen, zoals finance, logistiek of zorg. Deze rol is een A tot Z rol en omvat concreet volgende verantwoordelijkheden: · Tijdens verschillende workshops krijg je inzicht van de wensen en behoeftes van de klant, deze richt je nadien mee technisch in · Je analyseert de logistieke processen en je kan deze duidelijk uitschrijven · Je begeleidt klanten tijdens hun implementatie van de verschillende oplossingen van Microsoft · Je overlegt hiervoor met verschillende partijen: met de klanten, ontwikkelaars en collega’s over standaard bedrijfsprocessen en maatwerk · Je geeft opleiding aan de eindgebruikers bij de klant. Je deelt best practices en ondersteunt hen tijdens het gebruik van de verschillende oplossingen

· Je deelt je ervaring en neemt junior collega's mee op sleeptouw

Ben jij een analytisch sterke persoon die ervan houdt om resultaten neer te zetten? Je kan reeds terugvallen op enige ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige omgeving? En daarbij heb je kennis opgedaan van de bedrijfsprocessen? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen! We zoeken een echte problemsolver en teamplayer.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een master diploma en je hebt al een track record binnen Microsoft Dynamics
  • Je hebt ervaring in IT consultantcy of je hebt ervaring vanuit de business kant (logistiek/ finance)
  • Je kan terugvallen op de nodige people skills
  • Je wordt gelukkig om klanten verder te helpen en resultaten neer te zetten

Je bent niet bang om naast Nederlands ook in het Engels te communiceren
