GAEV Dental is een groeiende organisatie en om deze groei te faciliteren met de juiste mensen, staan wij altijd open voor gedreven en enthousiaste nieuwe collega's voor ons servicecenter.

Wie zijn wij? GAEV Dental B.V. is opgericht in 2018 als een nationaal initiatief van tandartsen voor tandartsen, met ons servicecenter gevestigd op het KVL terrein in Oisterwijk. We zijn 5 jaar geleden gestart met 1 praktijk en op dit moment vallen 18 tandartsen praktijken onder onze vlag. Onze groei is geen doel op zich en laten we ook zo gelijk mogelijk verlopen.

GAEV staat voor Gastvrijheid, Aandacht, Eerlijkheid en Vertrouwen. Deze kernwaarden zijn ook terug te vinden in onze praktijken en laat zien hoe we met onze cliënten om gaan. Daarnaast streven we naar kwalitatief hoogwaardige en duurzame mondzorg. Onze praktijken zijn over heel Nederland te vinden.

Binnen onze groep staat de mens om de mond centraal en ligt de focus op preventieve tandheelkunde. Kwaliteit en service verlenen staat bij alle praktijken voorop, waarbij de cliënt centraal staat. Onze medewerkers hebben één gemeenschappelijk kenmerk: zij houden van hun vak en willen zich daarin continu ontwikkelen. Daarnaast vinden we een transparante en laagdrempelige communicatie stroom heel belangrijk en zijn we er trots op onze open en betrokken cultuur.

Naast een passend salaris gebaseerd op jouw ervaring en arbeidsduur, bieden wij jou 8% vakantiegeldopbouw, 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband en ook voor jouw pensioenregeling is gezorgd. Ook hebben we standaard fruit op de praktijken en het servicecenter liggen en kan je cursussen volgen via GoodHabitz. Daarnaast ben je natuurlijk ook van harte welkom op onze borrels en events.
