Immobilienbewirtschafter:in mit FA 100% Ihre Aufgaben: Sie sind für die administrative und technische Bewirtschaftung eines eigenen Immobilien\-Portfolios von Mietliegenschaften Wohnen und Gewerbe sowie für ein kleines Portfolio von Stockwerk\-/ Miteigentümergemeinschaften verantwortlich Sie sind die Ansprechperson für unsere Mieterinnen und Mieter sowie Eigentümer wie auch für Handwerksbetriebe, Behörden und weitere Partner Sie führen Wohnungs\- und Objektabnahmen sowie \-übergaben selbstständig durch Erstellung von Mietverträgen, Vertragsnachträge, Nebenkostenabrechnungen und Reportings Leitung von Stockwerk\- und Miteigentümerversammlungen Selbständige Führung der Korrespondenz in sämtlichen bewirtschaftungsrelevanten Belangen Koordination und Bearbeitung von Reparatur\-, Unterhalts\- und Störungsmeldungen Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Beschlüssen sowie Führung der Pendenzenlisten Umsetzung von Renovations\- und Umbauprojekten Das ist Ihr Profil: Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und arbeiten selbständig, leistungs\- und teamorientiert, flexibel und zuverlässig Sie verfügen über den eidg.
