PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Build a Technical Career in Manufacturing — Not Just Another Factory Job

Gaintech Industries Pte Ltd | Singapore

Gaintech Industries Pte Ltd is an established Singapore manufacturer specialising in the extrusion of flexible plastic and synthetic rubber profiles.

Established since 1989, we manufacture customised extrusion products used in the building & construction, furniture, marine, transportation and other industries.

We are looking for hands-on, responsible and technically minded individuals to join our production team as Production Technicians.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Production Technician, you will be trained to operate and support our extrusion production lines.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Set up and operate extrusion machinery
  • Monitor production parameters and product quality
  • Perform product measurements and visual quality checks
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain product specifications
  • Prepare raw materials and production equipment
  • Assist with tooling and production changeovers
  • Identify basic production or machine problems
  • Carry out routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Keep the production area clean, organised and safe
  • Work closely with senior technicians and supervisors to improve productivity and reduce wastage

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have SPM / Certificate / Diploma in a technical, engineering or manufacturing-related field
  • Enjoy practical, hands-on work with machinery
  • Are willing to learn machine setting and troubleshooting
  • Are responsible, punctual and safety-conscious
  • Can work independently after training
  • Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team

Fresh graduates and candidates without extrusion experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Experience in manufacturing, plastics, rubber, extrusion, machine operation, maintenance or quality control will be an advantage.
