Místo výkonu práce: Hotel Monty, Příkrá 218, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně. Pracovní poměr na dobu neurčitou (se zkušební dobou). Nástup možný ihned. Pracovní doba: krátký x dlouhý týden 7:00-19:00 h. Náplň práce: kontrola kvality poskytovaného servisu, kontrola kvality podávaných pokrmů a nápojů, kontrola stavu skladů, záručních lhůt, objednávek zboží, kontrola správného vyúčtování s hostem, plánování a organizace práce na všech odbytových střediscích včetně kuchyně, příprava podkladů ke zpracování mezd, dohled nad osobním rozvojem podřízených pracovníků, standard HACCP, BOZP a PO, organizace jednotlivých akcí v hotelu, administrativní činnost na úseku F&B, zpracování příjemek a výdejek surovin a zboží, zpracování inventur. Požadujeme: prokazatelná praxe na stejné pozici minimálně 3 roky, znalost hotelového stravovacího provozu, zájem o obor hotelnictví, dobré komunikační a organizační schopnosti, samostatné rozhodování, umění vést kolektiv zaměstnanců, příjemné vystupování, zájem o potřeby hosta, smysl pro loajalitu, znalost práce na PC (preferujeme počítačové znalosti Word, Excel, Outlook), znalost NJ - aktivní komunikace podmínkou (znalost dalších světových jazyků výhodou). Nabízíme: pracovní pozice manažer/ka v hotelovém provozu, práce v hotelu s celoročním provozem, k základní mzdě jsou vypláceny prémie, měsíční motivační odměny, příspěvek na životní nebo penzijní pojištění, zaměstnanecké stravování s příspěvkem zaměstnavatele, možnost dalšího vzdělávání a jazykových kurzů hrazených zaměstnavatelem.
