In the role of Inbound Quality Specialist at the ON2 site, you will support quality assurance directly in the operational goods receiving area. You will analyze deviations, monitor processes on the shop floor, and help to sustainably embed quality standards, error reduction, and continuous improvement during ramp-up and in day-to-day operations.

Practical experience in logistics, receiving, operations, or quality assurance; motivated candidates from other fields with a strong aptitude for processes

Basic to good knowledge of Excel, as well as confidence in working with operational data, analyses, and documentation

Willingness to learn warehouse management systems, quality processes, and site-specific tools

A structured, precise, and reliable work style with a keen eye for root causes, interrelationships, and practical feasibility

Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a passion for collaborating directly with operational teams on the shop floor
