  • Represent U.S. Medical Affairs in senior leadership discussions, governance forums, external engagements, and key cross-functional decision-making bodies.

Medical Affairs Excellence and Evidence Generation

  • Provide oversight for all U.S. Prescription Dermatology Medical Affairs functions, including medical strategy, field medical, medical information and communications, patient relations and engagement, and training and capabilities.
  • Lead development and execution of the U.S. evidence-generation plan, including clinical research, real-world evidence, investigator-sponsored research, publications, and other scientifically appropriate activities.
  • Ensure medical plans and evidence-generation activities address meaningful unmet needs and are aligned with the approved product profile, scientific standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee scientific exchange, medical education, medical information, publication planning, and external scientific engagement activities.
  • Guide development and review of scientifically accurate, balanced, substantiated, and compliant medical and promotional materials in partnership with Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial stakeholders.

Scientific, Safety, and Regulatory Leadership

  • Ensure appropriate processes for scientific information distribution, documentation, labeling support, and promotional review.
  • Provide senior medical leadership for safety surveillance, adverse-event reporting, and product complaint escalation in close collaboration with Pharmacovigilance and relevant internal partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
