Du möchtest IT Operations, Datenplattformen und Analytics-Lösungen nicht nur betreiben, sondern aktiv weiterentwickeln? In dieser vielseitigen Rolle sorgst du für stabile und GxP-konforme Systeme und entwickelst gleichzeitig unsere Reporting-, Analytics- und Datenlandschaft aktiv weiter. Du sorgst dafür, dass Daten zuverlässig integriert, aufbereitet und für operative sowie geschäftliche Entscheidungen nutzbar werden. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Qualitätsmanagement und externen Partnern leistest du einen direkten Beitrag zu wichtigen Produktions- und Geschäftsprozessen.

Das kannst du bewirken ##

  • Du stellst den stabilen, sicheren und GxP-konformen Betrieb produktionsnaher IT-Systeme, Applikationen und Datenservices sicher.
  • Du bearbeitest Incidents, Changes und Requests und analysierst Störungen entlang von Applikationen, Datenbanken, Schnittstellen und Datenprozessen.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Datenplattform und Datenmodelle weiter, integrierst neue Datenquellen und automatisierst Datenflüsse.
  • Du betreibst und optimierst unsere Reporting- und Analytics-Lösungen und setzt Reports, Dashboards und Kennzahlen eigenständig um.
  • Du analysierst Datenanforderungen, entwickelst geeignete Datenmodelle und sorgst für nachvollziehbare Datenflüsse von der Quelle bis zum Reporting.
  • Du unterstützt Validierungs-, Compliance- und Dokumentationsaktivitäten und stellst regulatorische Anforderungen an Daten und Systeme sicher.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung in Informatik (HF, FH oder vergleichbar) sowie Erfahrung im Betrieb von Applikationen und produktionsnahen IT-Systemen.
  • Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit Datenbanken, Datenintegration, Datenmodellierung sowie praktische Scripting-Kenntnisse, z.B. mit PowerShell
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Reporting, Datenanalyse und Visualisierung, idealerweise mit Power BI, Qlik Sense oder QlikView
  • Erfahrung bei der Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern in Datenflüssen, Datenbanken und Applikationen.
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen nachhaltig zu lösen.
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Eigenverantwortung und eine ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
