Dann erwartet dich bei Galenica IT eine vielseitige Aufgabe an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business, IT, Value Streams, Plattform Services und externen Partnern.

Abhängig von deiner Erfahrung und der übernommenen Projektverantwortung erfolgt die Einstufung als Professional oder Senior.

Das kannst du bewirken ##

  • Du leitest ICT Projekte von der Initialisierung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe in den Betrieb.
  • Du verantwortest Projektziele, Umfang, Termine, Qualität, Kosten, Ressourcen und Risiken.
  • Du steuerst Projektbudgets, die je nach Vorhaben zwischen mehreren 100'000 CHF liegen können.
  • Du führst interdisziplinäre Projektteams fachlich und koordinierst interne sowie externe Partner.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Value Streams, Plattform und Produkt Teams sowie Fachbereichen zusammen.
  • Du schaffst Transparenz durch professionelles Reporting und bereitest Entscheidungen für Auftraggebende und das Management vor.
  • Du moderierst Workshops und Projektgremien und begleitest Veränderungen bis zur nachhaltigen Verankerung.
  • Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement-Standards, -Methoden und -Governance proaktiv mit.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Höhere Fachausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von ICT Projekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse klassischer, agiler und hybrider Projektmanagement-Methoden, SAFe ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder-, Risiko-, Change- und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Wir erwarten eine anerkannte Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 oder HERMES).
