Du bringst komplexe Themen auf den Punkt und schaffst Orientierung, wenn unterschiedliche Interessen, Abhängigkeiten und Prioritäten zusammenkommen? Bei Medifilm in Oensingen übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Steuerung unseres strategischen Projekt- und Transformationsportfolios. Direkt dem CEO zugeordnet, verbindest du Strategie und Umsetzung und bringst bereichsübergreifende Vorhaben gemeinsam mit den verantwortlichen Fachbereichen voran.

Das kannst du bewirken ##

  • Du führst und entwickelst das strategische Projekt- und Transformationsportfolio weiter und schaffst Transparenz über Prioritäten, Abhängigkeiten, Ressourcen, Risiken und Meilensteine.
  • Du bereitest strategische Portfolioentscheide für CEO und Führungsteam vor, entwickelst Entscheidungsgrundlagen und moderierst Initiativen bis zur Entscheidungsreife.
  • Du etablierst und pflegst eine übergreifende Roadmap und machst Ressourcenengpässe sowie Abhängigkeiten zwischen Operations, Quality, Markt, IT und weiteren Bereichen frühzeitig sichtbar.
  • Du übernimmst die Leitung ausgewählter strategischer Querschnittsprojekte und koordinierst Beteiligte aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen sowie Schnittstellen innerhalb der Galenica Gruppe.
  • Du erkennst Risiken und Zielkonflikte frühzeitig und bereitest Priorisierungs-, De-Priorisierungs- und Eskalationsentscheide strukturiert vor.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Entscheide, Verantwortlichkeiten und Meilensteine nachvollziehbar dokumentiert, kommuniziert und konsequent nachverfolgt werden.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projekt- oder Programmleitung sowie idealerweise im Portfoliomanagement in einem komplexen oder regulierten Umfeld.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Projekt- und Prozessmanagement sowie Erfahrung mit klassischen und agilen Methoden, Business Cases, Roadmaps, RACI und Risiko- und Abhängigkeitsmanagement.
  • Verständnis für regulierte Umfelder wie Pharma/GxP und ein gutes Verständnis für ERP, Produktions- und IT-Systeme.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge rasch zu strukturieren, unterschiedliche Interessen zu verbinden und daraus klare Entscheidungsgrundlagen abzuleiten.
  • Souveränes Auftreten, überzeugende Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen und Veränderungen auch ohne direkte Linienverantwortung voranzutreiben.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
