Du möchtest Menschen führen und Technik bewegen? Bei Galexis übernimmst du in einem der modernsten Pharma Distributionscenter der Schweiz Verantwortung für Infrastruktur und technische Anlagen und stellst mit deinem Team einen zuverlässigen Betrieb sicher. Dabei gestaltest du technische Projekte und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastruktur aktiv mit. Dich erwartet viel Handlungsspielraum an der Schnittstelle zwischen Führung, Technik und Logistik.

Das kannst du bewirken ##

  • Du führst den Bereich Infrastruktur und Technik und stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team die technischen und Servicekompetenzen in einem GDP Umfeld sicher.
  • Du sorgst für eine hohe Verfügbarkeit der technischen Anlagen und schaffst damit die Grundlage für eine zuverlässige Kommissionierung und Kundenbelieferung.
  • Du stimmst die Ressourcen- und Schichtplanung auf die Betriebsanforderungen ab, damit die technische Betreuung gewährleistet ist.
  • Du leitest technische Projekte und koordinierst Anpassungen sowie Erweiterungen der automatisierten Fördertechnik.
  • Du bringst dein IT- und IT-Sicherheitswissen in den Betrieb der IT-gesteuerten Anlagen ein und verbindest technische Anforderungen mit den Bedürfnissen der Betriebsabteilungen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit allen betrieblichen Fachbereichen zusammen und bist in Ausnahmefällen bei Bedarf auch abends oder samstags im Einsatz.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du hast eine fachtechnische Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Unterhalt, in der Erweiterung und in der Steuerung automatisierter Intralogistik-Fördersysteme sowie in der industriellen Haus-, Gebäudesystem- und Klimatechnik.
  • Du verfügst über nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb mit hohen Anforderungen an die Anlagenverfügbarkeit.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie im Umwelt- und Sicherheitsmanagement mit; Kenntnisse der Good Distribution Practice (GDP) sind von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Software für Heizung, Klima und Lüftung sowie mit Microsoft-Anwendungen und verfügst über IT- und IT-Sicherheitskompetenzen; SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und verfügst über Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
