🚀 Vos missions Vous intervenez comme acteur clé de la performance commerciale, en lien étroit avec les équipes terrain et les directions.

Pilotage et analyse de la performance (B2C & B2B) Vous suivez, analysez et optimisez les résultats commerciaux via des reportings réguliers, KPI et dashboards. Vous identifiez les leviers de performance, bonnes pratiques et axes d’amélioration, et accompagnez les équipes dans l’optimisation de leurs pratiques commerciales.

Animation et accompagnement des équipes Vous animez des réunions commerciales autour des résultats et des processus. Vous contribuez à la montée en compétences des équipes grâce à un accompagnement terrain ciblé.

Outils et process CRM Vous formez et accompagnez les équipes à l’utilisation du CRM. Vous participez aux projets d’évolution des outils et formalisez les processus commerciaux dans une logique d’amélioration continue.

🧠 Profil recherché

Dans le cadre du processus de recrutement, vous serez amené(e) à passer le test Assess First, un test cognitif pour pour nous assurer que notre culture d’entreprise match avec vos valeurs et vos envies !

Doté(e) d’une formation supérieure en commerce, marketing ou équivalent, vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience réussie dans le pilotage de la performance commerciale.

Compétences clés

  • Analyse et suivi de la performance commerciale
  • Forte appétence data et environnements orientés résultats
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Excel (fonctions avancées, TCD, dashboards, KPI)
  • La connaissance de Salesforce est un plus

  • Proactivité, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
  • Excellent relationnel et sens commercial
  • Esprit d’analyse, aisance à communiquer et à convaincre
  • Capacité à travailler en transversal avec des interlocuteurs variés

💼 Conditions & avantages

  • Salaire : Entre 40 000 et 45 000€ brut annuel package (fixe + variable)
