Wat ga je doen als Account Manager?

Als Account Manager ben je de vertrouwde partner voor dealers in de regio Midden of Zuid-Nederland en hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Je missie is niet alleen om Gallagher producten te verkopen, maar ook om dealers te helpen hun marktpositie te versterken, hun omzet te verhogen en een duurzame groei te realiseren. Door middel van gezamenlijke planning, regelmatige bezoeken en praktische ondersteuning zorg je ervoor dat onze dealers succesvol zijn.

Je bent succesvol als je…

  • Gallagher positioneert als een echte groeipartner, niet alleen als leverancier.
  • Samen met elke dealer jaarlijkse groeiplannen ontwikkelt en zorgt voor een succesvolle uitvoering ervan.
  • Vertrouwensvolle, langdurige relaties opbouwt met dealers, winkels, hekwerkbouwers en handelaren.
  • Upsell- en cross-sellkansen identificeert die waarde toevoegen voor de dealer.
  • Nieuwe dealers werft en aan boord haalt om onze regionale aanwezigheid uit te breiden door middel van het toepassen van de ‘Gallagher Way of Selling’.
  • Dealers ondersteunt bij het gebruik van Gallagher-tools, marketingactivaties en digitale oplossingen.
  • Ons CRM-systeem (SuperOffice) gebruikt om activiteiten, inzichten en commerciële prestaties bij te houden.
  • Jouw doel: elke dealer in jouw regio in staat stellen om samen met Gallagher te groeien.

Met wie werk je samen?

Je rapporteert aan de commercieel manager voor je taalregio en werkt nauw samen met:

  • Specialisten op het gebied van veehouderij
  • Internal Customer Managers
  • Marketing, Key Account Managers en klantenserviceteams
  • Dealers, retailers en nieuwe potentiële partners in jouw regio

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 4.000 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.

  • Een HBO-diploma in bedrijfskunde, marketing of een commercieel verwant vakgebied.
  • 3-5 jaar ervaring in B2B-accountmanagement, bij voorkeur in een technische of internationale omgeving.
  • Een bewezen staat van dienst in het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen en het opbouwen van sterke klantrelaties.
  • Ervaring met gestructureerde verkoopprocessen en CRM-systemen.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands is essentieel voor dit gebied. Kennis van het Engels is noodzakelijk voor onze interne communicatie. Andere Europese talen zijn een plus.
  • Je woont in Midden of Zuid-Nederland of bent bereid om naar deze regio te verhuizen.

Je bent een relatiegerichte commerciële professional die graag met dealers werkt en hen helpt groeien. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt proactief en communiceert duidelijk. Je brengt het volgende mee:

  • Klant- en marktgerichtheid: je begrijpt de behoeften van dealers, volgt markttrends en levert uitmuntende service bij elke interactie.
  • Commercieel en strategisch inzicht: je herkent kansen, denkt in termen van lange termijnwaarde en werkt resultaatgericht om groei te realiseren.
  • Samenwerking en communicatie: je bouwt sterke relaties op met dealers en collega's, communiceert duidelijk en werkt graag als onderdeel van een groter commercieel team.
  • Operationele en analytische uitmuntendheid: je plant en organiseert je activiteiten effectief, gebruikt CRM-gegevens om je acties te sturen en lost problemen pragmatisch op.
  • Persoonlijke effectiviteit: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, handelt integer en blijft betrouwbaar en gefocust, zelfs wanneer je zelfstandig in het veld werkt.
