Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Corsicana clinic.

No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification!

What You’ll Do

- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and develop functional communication.

- Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.

- Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

- Backgrounds: Experience in daycare facilities, preschools, nannying, babysitting, caregiving, or healthcare support is a great plus (welcomed, but not required!).

- Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, Associate degree, or higher (great fit for childcare pros or recent grads looking for a clinical jump).

- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Corsicana clinic.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain strict safety protocols.
