Are you passionate about working with kids and looking to turn your caregiving experience into a meaningful, long-term career? Galliant is urgently hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Amarillo clinic.

If you have a background in daycare, preschool teaching, babysitting, caregiving, direct support (DSP/CNA), or home health, our fully paid training program is the perfect bridge into a rewarding healthcare field!

No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification!

How We Invest in You

- 100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all costs for your 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework and national BACB exam fees within your first 8 weeks.

- Competitive Starting Pay & Semi-Annual Raises: Earn $15.00 – $16.00/hr to start, backed by structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months so your paycheck grows with your skills.

- 100% Center-Based Role (Zero Driving): Say goodbye to wear-and-tear on your personal vehicle, unpaid drive time, and traveling between client homes. You report to one consistent, collaborative clinic facility every single day.

- Consistent Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—enjoy predictable clinic hours, no evenings, no fluctuating shift gaps, and zero weekend shifts! (Occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

- BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in an energizing clinic culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.

What You’ll Do

- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and develop functional communication.

- Deliver Assent-Based, Compassionate Therapy: Prioritize child safety, comfort, and neurodiversity-affirming care in a playful, supportive clinic environment.

- Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to log real-time session metrics and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience & Mindset: High energy, deep empathy, and a strong drive to support children. Great fit for candidates transitioning out of childcare, preschools, nannying, caregiving, DSP/CNA, retail, hospitality, or recent grads!

- Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.

- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Amarillo clinic.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
