Looking to transition out of education, childcare, or customer service into a high-impact, daytime clinical role? At Galliant, you don’t need previous ABA experience to build a rewarding career in behavioral health.
We are urgently hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians for our Tyler clinic to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you have patience, energy, and empathy, we provide 100% of the training and certification required to launch your new profession!
Great fit for candidates coming from: Daycare/Preschool Teaching, Special Education (Tyler ISD / TJC), Caregiving (CNA / DSP), Healthcare Support, Retail, or Hospitality!
How Galliant Supports & Rewards You
- 100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all course materials and exam fees for your 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) national certification within your first 8 weeks.
- Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy daytime hours with no nights, no split shifts, and zero weekends (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
- Structured Pay Increases: Starting at $15.00 – $16.00/hr, with guaranteed performance and compensation reviews every 6 months to ensure your pay increases alongside your skills.
- BCBA-D Clinical Guidance: Work under direct mentorship from supportive, accessible BCBAs in an organization founded and led by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.
- Complete Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrual, paid holidays, 401(k), life insurance, and short/long-term disability coverage.
Your Daily Role
- Direct 1-on-1 Clinical Care: Work directly with children in a structured clinic environment using compassionate, assent-based therapy designed to build communication, daily living skills, and social engagement.
- Data Tracking: Use an employer-provided tablet to log session metrics and objective daily progress notes in real time.
- Active Engagement: Create a fun, positive learning environment tailored to each child's individual care plan.
What We Look For
- Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required (no prior ABA or healthcare experience necessary).
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for daily commute to the Tyler clinic.
