Turn Your Passion for Helping Others into a Clinical Healthcare Career
Looking to transition out of education, childcare, caregiving, retail, or hospitality into a high-impact, daytime clinical role? At Galliant, you don’t need previous ABA experience to build a rewarding career in behavioral health.
We are urgently hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians for our Bedford clinic to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you bring patience, reliability, and empathy, we provide 100% of the paid training and certification required to launch your new profession!
Great fit for candidates coming from: Daycare/Preschool Teaching, Special Education Assistants (HEB ISD aides), Caregiving (CNA / DSP), Healthcare Support, Recent Graduates, Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service!
How Galliant Supports & Rewards You
- 100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all course materials and national BACB exam fees for your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within your first 8 weeks.
- Competitive Starting Rates: Earn $18.00 – $19.00/hr to start, backed by guaranteed performance and compensation reviews every 6 months to scale your base pay as your skills grow.
- Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy consistent daytime clinic hours with no nights, no split shifts, and zero weekends (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
- 100% Clinic-Based: Report to one collaborative, fully equipped clinic facility every single day—no driving between client homes or unpaid travel time.
- BCBA-D Clinical Guidance: Work under direct mentorship from supportive, accessible BCBAs in an organization founded and led by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.
- Complete Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrual, paid holidays, 401(k), life insurance, and short/long-term disability coverage.
Your Daily Role
- Direct 1-on-1 Patient Care: Work directly with children in a structured clinic environment using compassionate, assent-based therapy designed to build functional communication, daily living skills, and social engagement while reducing challenging behaviors.
