Whether you are an experienced, certified RBT looking for a supportive center-based environment or an entry-level candidate eager to launch a rewarding career in healthcare, Galliant welcomes you! We are looking for high-energy, compassionate team members for our Grand Prairie clinic to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

No prior ABA experience? We cover 100% of your paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam sponsorship within your first 8 weeks!

What You’ll Do

- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Deliver compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes client preferences while supporting neurodiversity acceptance.

- Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

- Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

- Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn (no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!).

- Backgrounds Welcome: Great fit for career-changers transitioning out of daycare, preschools, special education support, caregiving, CNA/DSP roles, retail, customer service, or hospitality!

- Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.

- Transportation: Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the Grand Prairie clinic.

- Physical Ability: Agile and energetic! Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to safely engage children and maintain clinic safety protocols.
