We are hiring compassionate team members to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

What You’ll Do

- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized programs to build functional communication, social interactions, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

- Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Maintain neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in an active clinic environment.

- Track Session Data: Record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes using a clinic tablet.

What We’re Looking For

- Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

- Backgrounds Welcome: Great fit for career-changers transitioning out of daycare, early childhood education, caregiving, special education support, retail, customer service, or healthcare support!

- Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, compassionate, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.

- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation to the Cedar Hill clinic daily.

- Physical Ability: Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at their eye level and maintain safety protocols.
