We are urgently hiring high-energy, compassionate team members for our Midland clinic to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

No prior ABA experience? We cover 100% of your 40-hour RBT training and national exam costs within your first 8 weeks!

- $250 Sign-On Bonus & Tiered Starting Pay: Active certified RBTs receive a $250 sign-on bonus upon joining, plus competitive starting pay ($20.00–$24.50+/hr commensurate with experience). Entry-level rates start at $18.00–$19.50/hr, all backed by guaranteed performance and compensation reviews every 6 months so your income scales with your expertise.

- 100% Center-Based (Zero Driving): Say goodbye to wear-and-tear on your vehicle, unpaid travel time, and driving between client homes. You report to one resource-rich clinic facility every single day.

- 100% Paid RBT Certification: For uncertified hires, complete your 40-hour RBT coursework and national BACB exam on our dime within your first 8 weeks.

- Predictable Daytime Schedule: Work a stable daytime routine (8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday) with predictable scheduling, a single clinic home, and your weekends back (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

- BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D. Secure your supervision hours and advance your skills with direct mentorship.

What You’ll Do

- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting using compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes client needs and supports neurodiversity acceptance.

- Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

- Track Session Data: Use a provided clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

- Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

- Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.

- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the Midland clinic.

- Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain strict safety protocols.
