Deine Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben nach der Einarbeitung:

  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team planst, realisierst und betreust du unsere SAP-SuccessFactors-Projekte
  • Du begleitest und berätst Unternehmen dabei in allen Projektphasen: von PreSales über Konzept, Implementierung, Training, Test, Go-live bis Hypercare
  • Du konzeptionierst HR-Prozesse durch das Modellieren von State-of-the-Art-Prozessen und steuerst mit deinen Kollegen die Umsetzung im System
  • Du berätst die Kunden der GAMBIT zur idealen Mischung aus Standard-Prozessen und Individualisierung
  • Du gibst dein Wissen gern an deine Kollegen und Kunden weiter
  • Du gestaltest – als Lead Consultant oder fachliche Leitung – den Ausbau des SuccessFactors-Bereichs in strategischer und operationaler Hinsicht aktiv mit
  • Du betreust (künftige) Kunden im Rahmen von Pre-Sales Aufgaben oder im Bereich des Account-Managements

Dein Profil

Folgende Kompetenzen, Erfahrungen und Skills wären perfekt:

  • Du verstehst die fachlichen HR-Anforderungen aus Stammdaten, rechtliche Anforderungen der Zeitwirtschaft tiefgehend und übersetzt sie gezielt in technische Lösungen
  • Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in HR-Projekten oder der HR-Digitalisierung und ein Studium an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Deine fundierten Kenntnisse ermöglichen es dir, technische und prozessuale Fragestellungen zu beantworten und passende Lösungen zu realisieren
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen aus nationalen und internationalen Projekten mit und hast bereits erfolgreich als fachliche Leitung (Stream-Lead) oder als Lead Consultant im Bereich Time Tracking gearbeitet
  • Du begeisterst dich für neue Herausforderungen und bleibst stets über aktuelle Trends in HR und Digitalisierung informiert
  • Du besitzt eine Zertifizierungen in SF Time Tracking und idealerweise auch in Employee Central
  • Du zeichnest dich aus durch eine ausgeprägte Analyse- und Kommunikationsstärke und bist eine überzeugende, leistungsbereite, konzeptions- und präsentationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher und kannst dich souverän mit Fachabteilungen sowie Führungskräften austauschen.
