Deine täglichen Aufgaben:

  • Du gestaltest Kundentermine, Workshops und Angebotsphasen in unseren Fokusbranchen Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech, Defence und Automotive
  • Du identifizierst die geschäftlichen und prozessualen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden in der diskreten Fertigung und leitest daraus passende Ansatzpunkte ab.
  • Du führst Gespräche mit Fach- und IT-Entscheidern und übersetzt Anforderungen in überzeugende SAP-Lösungsbilder.
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Beratungsteams klare Presales-Storylines, Präsentationen und Lösungsszenarien.
  • Du zeigst auf, wie SAP S/4HANA und digitale Technologien Produktions- und Supply-Chain-Prozesse wirksam unterstützen können.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung in komplexen Vertriebs- und Transformationssituationen und bringst Markt-, Branchen- und Kundenimpulse aktiv ein.

Dein Profil

Die Anforderungen:

  • Du verfügst über ein tiefes Verständnis der Prozesse in der diskreten Fertigung und kennst die Anforderungen produzierender Unternehmen.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in mindestens einer unserer Fokusbranchen mit: Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech, Defense oder Automotive.
  • Du hast fundierte SAP-Erfahrung aus der Beratung oder aus einem Industrieunternehmen und bewegst dich sicher in Transformationskontexten.
  • Du verstehst die Zusammenhänge zwischen Produktion, Supply Chain, Digitalisierung und SAP S/4HANA.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits als Projektleiter:in, Teilprojektleiter:in oder Stream Lead Verantwortung übernommen.
  • Du kannst komplexe Anforderungen strukturiert erfassen, in verständliche Lösungsszenarien übersetzen und diese sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch vermitteln.
