Deine Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben als SAP Support Manager:

  • Du pflegst die Beziehung zu Bestandskunden aktiv und bist erste Anlaufstelle bei allen Anliegen
  • Du steuerst die Vorhaben unserer Bestandskunden
  • Du kümmerst dich um die GAMBIT-interne Kommunikation mit Sales und Buchhaltung
  • Du koordinierst den Übergang vom Projekt in den Support
  • Du unterstützt im 2nd-Level-Support und bei kleineren Projekten
  • Du arbeitest mit Ticketsystemen und hast persönlichen Kontakt zu langjährigen Kunden
  • Du bringst die richtigen Kollegen mit Kunden zusammen bei Fragen zu Anwendungen und Konfigurationen
  • Du berätst aktiv zu SAP-Modulen oder im SAP-Technologie-Umfeld
  • Du verfolgst die neuesten SAP-Innovationen und kommunizierst und erklärst diese Neuerungen unseren Kunden

Dein Profil

Das bringt Du idealerweise mit:

  • Du verfügst über Wissen in einem SAP-Modul oder im SAP-Technologie-Umfeld
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, besitzt Eigeninitiative, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Stakeholdern
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen im IT-Service-Management mit, idealerweise im SAP-Umfeld
  • Du kennst dich in der SAP-Beratung aus und kannst Unternehmen in den SAP-Modulen betreuen
  • Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA oder S/4HANA Cloud sowie Erfahrungen in der Kundenbetreuung und im Softwaresupport
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
